Shipping policy

ABL Nexus Pets is committed to delivering your pet essentials safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

3.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking details when it ships.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3.2 Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

 

        United Kingdom (Standard): 3–7 business days after dispatch

        International Orders: 14–21 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination)

 

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the website.

3.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

3.5 Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

3.6 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at ablnexuspets@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

3.7 Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
